Ed Sullivan, Jr. (born 1969) is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 51st district since 2003. After receiving a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 1991, Sullivan, Jr. served as an aide to U.S. Congressman Phil Crane (IL-8). In 1993, he was elected to the first of five terms as the Fremont Township Assessor. In April 2013, Rep. Sullivan became the second Republican representative in Illinois to support the state's same-sex marriage bill.
